Altum RF opens new, larger office for Sydney Design Center
Altum RF of Eindhoven, The Netherlands (which designs RF, microwave and millimeter-wave semiconductors) has opened a new and larger office for its Sydney Design Center. This expansion is driven by growing business demands and includes both increased office capacity and a state-of-the-art RF characterization laboratory.
The new office space nearly doubles the size of the previous Sydney office, providing a significant upgrade to support Altum RF’s continued growth. This investment underscores the company’s commitment to advancing its design and testing capabilities in the region, further solidifying its leadership in the RF industry.
“The new facility features a modern, spacious office area designed for future growth,” notes Tony Fattorini, VP of engineering and Sydney office manager. “The ESD-safe RF laboratory has been purpose-built to support our need for advanced RF test systems, ensuring we can continue to innovate and deliver leading-edge solutions,” he adds.
“This investment highlights our ongoing commitment to the Sydney Design Center,” says CEO Greg Baker. “Over the past few years, we have significantly expanded our activities in Sydney, including increased RF design and test capabilities and strengthened collaboration with local universities and research institutes,” he ads. “This new office will enable us to further grow our design team and continue driving product innovation for the high-frequency markets and applications we target.”
